We improved our transactional portal, BAI Direct, which now features a simpler and more complete experience, for example: a single user for all your banking involvement; access to your patrimony in an integrated manner, and even new ways of transacting with the confirmation key (token) for SMS, among the many new features available to you.

If you are already a user of BAI Direct on internet banking, you should follow the following steps:

1. Go to BAI Direct from our main page, selecting "BAI Direct access";
2. Enter your credentials that you always used to access;
3. You will be presented with your new membership number, which should keep and use whenever you want to access BAI Direct (internet and mobile banking);
4. Then, you must change your password consisting of 6 digits;
5. After you complete the previous step, you can access your account and make queries.
6. To perform operations that affect your financial assets, such as transfers, payments, and others, you must contact our BAI 24h helpline and request the activation of confirmation tokens sending.

If you are a new service user, you must follow these steps:

1. Go to BAI Direct from our main page;
2. Enter the credentials that were provided upon subscription, which you received by SMS;
3. After you complete the previous step, you can access your account and make queries;
4. To perform operations that affect your financial assets, such as transfers, payments, and others, should contact our 24h helpline and request the activation of confirmation tokens.

For BAI direct Mobile Banking customers:
1. Download and install the new app in the app store or google play;
2. Enter the credentials that were provided upon subscription, which you received by SMS;
3. After you complete the previous step, you can access your account and make queries;
4. To perform operations that affect your financial assets, such as transfers, payments, and others, should contact our 24h helpline and request the activation of confirmation tokens.
